The ocean doesn't want me

Ready for bisque. Coil- built paper porcelain, one layer of black slip, one of dark blue, topped off with a layer of Cool-Ice porcelain slip which fits nicely with the glaze.Images scratched in with everything from a satay skewer to a stanley -knife. Who knows what colour it will fire to.
Thematically it runs the gamut from cheesy-pop song sea metaphors to those ancient maps of undiscovered lands.

The pot is surrounded by fish made by students from the local primary school.

Can't wait to see the results, do you glaze them too?
